This is restricted to Lockheed Martin Corporation (64059) because this part must be acquired for the second or subsequent time, directly from the actual manufacturer. This part requires engineering source approval by the design control activity in order to maintain the quality of the part. An alternate source must qualify in accordance with the design control activity´s procedures Suitable technical data, Government data rights, or manufacturing knowledge are not available to permit acquisition from other sources, nor qualification testing of another part nor use of a second source part in the intended application. One contract will be awarded as a result of this requirement. The solicitation will be issued on or about 28 Nov 2024. The Government has rights to the technical data, the data package is complete, and there are no technical data, engineering, tooling or manufacturing restrictions. This item is restricted as a solesource item. Due to test procedures calling out Lockheed-specific process sheets, procurement for the 13506037 dash numbers should all be restricted to CAGE 64059, Lockheed Martin.
