This requirement is to provide engineering support for the Integrated Air and Missile Defense (IAMD) Battle Command System (IBCS) Fire Control (FC) module tactical fielding activities and for the development and maintenance of the IBCS FC modules, to include the Target State Estimator and Extrapolator (TSEE), Engageability Module (EnMo), and PATRIOT Advanced Capability-3 (PAC-3) Interceptor Manager (PIM) modules. The proposed source for this effort is Lockheed Martin Missiles and Fire Control (LMMFC), 1701 West Marshall Drive, Grand Prairie, Texas 75051, commercial and government entity (CAGE) code 64059. LMMFC is the developer and producer of the PAC-3 missile segment and support equipment, and the only source with the knowledge, expertise, and full disclosure technical data package (TOP) to perform this effort. The Government does not have the necessary intellectual property rights to utilize the data for full and open competition. POC: Jeffrey S.
