The Army Contracting Command (ACC) - Redstone Arsenal, AL is issuing this notice to announce the intent to solicit and negotiate with only Raytheon Intelligence and Space (RIS) for FY23-26 Tube-Launched Optically-Tracked Wireless-Guided (TOW) 2 Subsystem (T2SS) Engineering Services (ES) Requirement for solicitaion W31P4Q-22-R-0032. These engineering services are for refinement and maintenance of all Bradley Fighting Vehicle System (BFVS) T2SS and associated equipment. This requirement also includes logistics management capability, configuration management, product assurance support, special engineering studies, system engineering failure analysis, redesigns due to obsolescence, test evaluation material for repairs, field service representatives, fielding, contractor repairs, and equipment publications. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement which shall be considered by the agency. Interested sources must respond in writing with clear and convincing evidence to support their ability to provide the required supplies/services by the response date listed in this posting. The Government has the sole discretion as to whether or not to permit competitive proposals for this requirement based on the responses received to this notice. The procedures in FAR Part 12 will not be used for this requirement.
