This is a pre-solicitation synopsis. A previous Request for Information (RFI) / Sources Sought (SS) Notice was posted on 23 Sep 2019. This Proposed acquisition is a new procurement for contractor depot-level diagnostics and repair of Phased Array Tracking Radar to Intercept on Target (PATRIOT) Advanced Capability-3 (PAC-3) Ground Support Equipment (GSE) secondary items Repair and Return (R&R) for Foreign Military Sales (FMS) customers. There are 114,467 FMS labor hours associated with this effort; 53,709 hours for the year one, for year two 60,758 hours, and if an extension is required an additional 10,191 hours. If the extension is awarded the new total hours would be 124,658 hours. The contractor shall furnish materials, equipment, and resources required to perform depot level diagnosis and repair of the PAC-3 GSE R&R secondary items. The proposed contractor for this effort is Lockheed Martin Missile and Fire Control (LMMFC), 1707 West Marshall Drive, Grand Prairie, Texas 75051, CAGE Code 64059. The proposed Contract type is a Cost-Plus-Fixed-Fee and will be funded with FMS Case funds. This Contract consists of year one with an estimated value of $10,839,116.00, year two with an estimated value of $12,355,116.00 and if an extension is awarded the estimated valve is $2,085,705.00. The total Estimated Contract Value is $25,280,125.00, which includes the extension if awarded with the two years.
