The government intends to award a sole source contract IAW FAR 6.302-1(a)(2)(ii)(A) and (B) to Lockheed Martin Corporation (CAGE Code 04939) for the procurement of M299 Launcher Production, Electronics Assemblies (LEAs), Upper Wiring Harnesses (UWHs), Lower Wiring Harnesses (LWHs), Rail Assemblies and Engineering Services in support of Joint Attack Munitions Systems. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, or proposal, which shall be considered by the agency.
