Combined Synopsis/Solicitation Number W31P4Q-19-Q- 0136 is to be a Sole-Source procurement to IEEE 445 Hoes Lane Piscataway, NJ 08854; in accordance with FAR 13.106-1(b) for soliciting from a single source in that the circumstances of the contract action make only one source reasonably available. The corresponding NAICS code for this procurement is 511120. The US Army Contracting Command-Redstone is soliciting a quote from IEEE, for the purchase of the following items: One (1) year annual subscription renewal (1 October 2019 to 30 September 2020) to IEEE Online Journals for IEEE Electronic Library Online Journals, Standards, and conferences. The contractor shall maintain and keep fully operational online full text access to all of the IEEE electronic online books for delivery to the Redstone Scientific Information Center. Any award resulting from this RFQ will be issued on Standard Form 1449 and will contain all clauses required by law, the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), and the Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) as appropriate for the dollar value of the award.
