This solicitation, W31P4Q-19-Q-0118, is issued as a Request For Quote (RFQ). The Government reserves the right to award without discussions. The associated NAICS code is 334515. This procurement is a 100% set-aside small business and is concurred with small business office. Description of the requirement is as follows: purchase quantity of nine (9) Model CT-2000 Extended Range Constant Temperature Bath and nine (9) Ideal Bath Fluid (IBF) Bath Oil for use in the Army Primary Standards Laboratory. There are 2 specifications (one states 6 qty of IBF Bath Oil and the other 3 qty of IBF Bath Oil, totalling 9 qty IBF bath oil) are attached in this listing. The US Army Contracting Command, Redstone Arsenal, is issued as a Firm Fixed Price contract for this purchase. The Government intends to use the policies and procedures of FAR Part 12 in conjunction with those as FAR Part 13 for this effort. The U.S. Army TMDE Activity, Redstone Arsenal, AL (Acceptance DODAAC: W80RA6) shall be responsible for the receiving, inspection and acceptance requirements of DFAS Wide Area Workflow (WAWF) for this requirement. Delivery: The requiring activity requests the contract delivery date not to exceed 190 days after receipt of order by the contractor. Earlier delivery is desired if at no additional cost to the government.
