This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number W31P4Q-19-Q-0115 is issued as a request for quote (RFQ). The Government reserves the right to award without discussions. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-101. The associated NAICS code is 334513. Line Item Number with Item, Quantity, and Unit of Measure: Solicitation is issued as a request for a Firm Fixed Price quote for a one-time, on-call maintenance and calibration for a Model 828NES-40 Universal Measuring Machine: CLIN Description QTY U/I 0001 On-Site Maintenance & Calibration, MAHR Federal Model Measuring Machine, S/N 1138/07 1 EA Description of Requirements for the Items to be acquired: This combined synopsis/solicitation is to provide one-time, on-call maintenance and calibration for a Model 828NES-40 Universal Measuring Machine, Serial Number 98263, manufactured by Mahr Federal, Incorporated of Erlanger, KY. Refer to the "Required Capabilities" section of this notice for a detailed description of the government minimum specifications. Earlier completion is desired if at no additional cost to the government. Quotes shall include the full terms of delivery. Evaluation: Quotes will be evaluated based on the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA). Successful contractor must provide equipment in accordance with Government Minimum Specifications described in the "Description of the requirement is as follows" section of this combined synopsis/solicitation. Offerors shall include a completed copy of the provision 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications - Commercial Items, with quote. Clause 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions - Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition and any addenda to the provision also apply. Terms and conditions for this requirement are consistent with customary commercial practices. Contract financing is not authorized.
