This is a pre-solicitation notice for a 5-year IDIQ contract to supply nonmetallic hose for the Avenger Weapon System, with a required quantity between 470 and 710 units. The performance of services requires delivery to Letterkenny in Chambersburg, Pennsylvania. The official Request for Proposal (RFP) is anticipated to be issued around April 30, 2026. To be eligible for the forthcoming RFP, vendors must have active registrations in both SAM.gov and the Joint Certification Program (JCP). The contract will be firm fixed price and the technical data package will be government-owned and provided with the future solicitation.
