This is a pre-solicitation notice for an Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity contract to produce Guided Multiple Launch Rocket System (GMLRS) munitions. The acquisition is intended to be awarded on a sole-source basis to Lockheed Martin Missiles and Fire Control in Grand Prairie, Texas. The contract will support requirements from Fiscal Years 2028 through 2032, with a five-year ordering period anticipated to start on March 31, 2027, and end on March 30, 2030, plus a potential six-month extension. The production quantities include up to 19,002 tactical rockets and up to 3,000 LCRRPRs annually to fulfill U.S., Foreign Military Sales, and partner needs.
