Anticipated to be a sole source, cost plus fixed-fee contract to procure Engineering and Logistic Services in support of TOW Missile systems, a Major Weapon System, for the Improved Bradley Fighting Vehicle, Tube Launched Optically Tracked Wireless (TOW) 2 Subsystem (T2SS) Engineering Services FY27-32 Bradley Fighting Vehicle and Associated Equipment in support of a major weapon system. This procurement will be utilizing Defense Logistics Agency’s (DLA) Alpha 6 contract as a subsumable contract. The Alpha 6 contract is sole source to Raytheon. To procure non-commercial engineering and logistics services for refinement and maintenance of the BFVS T2SS and associated equipment including engineering, configuration management, Field Service Representative (FSR), logistics support, fielding, and contractor repairs. These services for on-site technical, engineering and logistics in multiple locations and can include: Poland, Germany, Ft Hood, Ft Bliss, Ft Stewart, Ft Riley, Ft Carson, Ft. Benning, Minnesota Army National Guard (MN ARNG), Mississippi Army National Guard (MS ARNG), Red River Army Depot and York, PA. Total knowledge and technical data packages of the T2SS and its components are required for this engineering services effort. Raytheon owns the technical data package for this item and its components and has the capability to provide the engineering services for this requirement. As the Original Equipment Manufacturer and design authority, Raytheon is the only anticipated qualified source of engineering and repair services for this procurement. Other agencies also utilize these types of services from Raytheon, which is the OEM. This procurement is utilizing DLA’s Alpha 6 contract as a subsumable contract by ACC-RSA
