In order for a quote to be accepted, the vendor must provide historical pricing data such as copies of previous invoices or purchase orders to support fair and reasonable pricing. REQUEST FOR INFORMATION AND SOURCES SOUGHT FOR PLANNING PURPOSES (a) The Government will not pay for the information submitted in response to this notice. (b) Although “proposal” and “offeror” are used in this Request for Information and Source Sought Notice, your response will be treated as information only. It will not be used as a proposal. (c) This notice is issued for the purpose of obtaining information to serve as market research and to find contractors capable and interested in a possible future procurement to assist in the development of a procurement strategy. The Government seeks potential sources for the procurement of thirty-two (32) Meta Quest 3 512 GB Model XR headsets complete with controllers and charging cable. Headsets with accessories are to be new. These headsets are required for their passthrough ability, and the hardware specifications are required to run the 15T Maintenance Trainer optimally. As a result of issuing this RFI and Sources Sought Notice, the Army expects to receive information from potential offerors who possess the capability to deliver the headsets to Redstone Arsenal, Huntsville, AL. Interested parties should submit white papers not to exceed five pages not including the title page. Do not use font smaller than 12pt font.
