The United States Government (USG) Army Contracting Command - Redstone Arsenal (ACC-RSA) proposes to acquire on an other than full and open competitive basis the Mid-Range Capability (MRC) Technology Insertion Contract (TIC) requirement. The government plans to award a new contract utilizing cost reimbursement contract type for an estimated 36 month period of performance. Efforts include Recurring Technical Support and Product Delivery Work to include technology improvements through the application of Modification Kits into the Mid-Range Capability (MRC) Weapon System. Under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) as implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.302-1 "Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services will Satisfy Agency Requirements," this will be a sole source requirment restricted to Lockheed Martin Corporation (LMC), Rotary and Mission Systems (RMS), Commercial and Government Entity Code 02769 located at 199 Borton Landing RD Moorestown, NJ 08057-3054.
