No telephone requests will be accepted. This contractual action contemplated is a one-year firm fixed-price contract. Solicitation Number: W31P4Q-24-R-0001, NOUN: DEHYDRATOR, PRON: D12H0006D1, NSN: 1430-01-0739488, PN: 11566331, Quantity: 20 each to the M-D6 PATRIOT with deliveries to F.O.B.: SR HEADQUARTERS US ARMY AVIATION & MIS, AMCOM FLEET MGT CENTER AFMC, HOLBROOK RD BLDG 722, FORT BLISS, TX, 79916-5801. Required delivery is 20 each 150 Days After Contract Award (DACA). This requirement is restricted to TRANSDIGM, INC., DBA AEROCONTROLEX (CAGE 81833) because this part must be acquired from a manufacturing source(s) that is specified on the Source Control Drawing (or Selected Item Drawing or Altered Item Drawing). Suitable technical data, Government data rights, or manufacturing knowledge are not available to permit acquisition from other sources, nor qualification testing of another part nor use of a second source part in the intended application. One contract will be awarded as a result of this requirement. The solicitation will be issued on or about 09 October 2023. All offerors must meet prequalification requirements in order to be eligible for award. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered by the Agency. To obtain approval, vendors must submit a SAR package, for review and approval, to the Contracting Specialist for submission to the Engineering Directorate (ED), Quality Engineering Division. Source approval must be obtained prior to being considered for contract award. Approvals are made on an individual basis for specific manufacturing location (CAGE). Foreign Firms are reminded that all requests for solicitation must be processed through their respective embassies. THIS ACQUISITION CONTAINS DATA THAT CANNOT BE RELEASED EXCEPT TO GOVERNMENT AGENCIES. NO DOCUMENTATION IS BEING RELEASED WITH THIS SOLICITATION. ACQUISITION DOCUMENTATION IS SOLE SOURCE TO THE RESTRICTED SOURCE OF SUPPLY.
