Section 3204(a)(1), and available only to Leidos Innovations Corporation (LIC), CAGE Code 7LQ18, under solicitation W31P4Q-23-R-0061. The Army Contracting Command, PATRIOT/PAC-3 Division, plans to award a Cost-Plus Fixed Fee/Firm Fixed Price Contract for the Integrated Fires Mission Command – Ground Support Equipment (IFMC-GSE). The Government intends to solicit and negotiate to only one source. Therefore, this is not a request for competitive quotes, and a written solicitation will not be issued to any company other than LIC. The estimated period of performance will be 9 February 2025 through 8 February 2030.
