The Government anticipates award of a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract to procure 592 Stinger Gas Generator Cartridges and 592 Umbilical Booster Pellets with an Option to purchase 288 additional of each to support Foreign Military Sales (FMS) customers. The estimated Period of Performance will be 31 July 2023 through 15 May 2025. The Government anticipates this effort to be awarded on a sole source basis to Networks Electronic Company, LLC, 9750 DeSoto Avenue, Chatsworth, CA 91311, CAGE Code 05127. The statutory authority permitting other than full and open competition is 10 USC 3204(a)(1), as implemented by FAR 6.302-1(a)(2)(ii)(A) and (B); however, all responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. Networks Electronic Company, LLC, is the Original Equipment Manufacturer and is the only source that possess the technical capabilities, knowledge, special equipment, and hardware/software to meet the Army's needs. A technical data package is not available at this time. Early submission of a qualified proposal is both desirable and acceptable.
