This proposed acquisition will establish a 5 year indefinite delivery indefinite quanity (IDIQ) for the procurement of NOUN: ROD DOOR CHECK VEH, NSN: 2510-01-531-5482, P/N: 13508126. This acquisition consists of a quantity of 180. The Acquisition Method Suffix Code (AMSC is coupled with Acquisition Method Code (AMC) to form the Acquisition Method Reason Code (AMRC). Breakout Engineering has assigned an AMRC of “3D” to this effort. AMC “3” states, “Acquire, for the second or subsequent time, directly from the actual manufacturer.” AMSC “D” states, “The data needed to acquire this part competitively is not physically available, it cannot be obtained economically, nor is it possible to draft adequate specifications or any other adequate, economical description of the material for a competitive solicitation” Re-screening will occur prior to the expiration of the AMC/AMRC on 06 Sep 2027. No orders will be issued unless AMC/AMRC is valid.
