This is a sources-sought notice for market research, not a solicitation, to identify parties capable of producing and delivering 24 Lower Tier Interceptor (LTI) M903 PATRIOT Launching Stations, plus one set of ASL spares, four sets of PLL spares, and 24 sets of PATRIOT Initial Associated Items. The government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source, Raytheon Company, under FAR 6.103-1, and does not possess all data necessary for performance. Interested responsible sources may voluntarily submit capability statements; however, the government will not reimburse response costs, and proposals should not be submitted at this time. Performance would be at Redstone Arsenal, Alabama (ACC-RSA - Missile, Building 5303, Martin Road).
