There was an electronic issue with the title. The Government anticipates award of a Firm Fixed Price (FFP),Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract to procure forty-nine (49) Stinger Tracking Head Trainer (THT) Battery Charging Units to support the Service Life Extension Program (SLEP) and potential Foreign Military Sales (FMS) customers. The estimated Period of Performance will be 30 September 2022 through 30 September 2023. The Government anticipates this effort to be awarded on a sole source basis to Airtronics LLC, 1822 S. Research Loop, Tucson, AZ, 85710-9367, CAGE Code 58078. The statutory authority permitting other than full and open competition is 10 USC 3204(a) (1 ), as implemented by FAR 6.302-1 (a) (2) (ii)(A) and (B); however, all responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. Airtronics LLC is currently manufacturing THT Battery Charging Units for the United States Government. Airtronics LLC is the only certified source for the THT Battery Charging Units. They are the only known source that can provide a certified product in time to support the delivery date: There is no Technical Data Package (TOP) for this effort; these parts are bought per Missile Specification.
