This procurement is for a battery operated, handheld spectrum analyzer that shall meet the requirements of the attached purchase description to measure signal spectrum across a myriad of communication and weapon systems. It shall accurately measure input signals at ranges between 9 kilohertz (kHz) and 26.5 Gigahertz (GHz) in support of Army avionic, missile, ordnance, and signal equipment. This spectrum analyzer will be fielded to the Army under the nomenclature Analyzer, Spectrum: CM-523/U, hereinafter referred to as the CM-523/U. Please see attachements.
