This solicitation is issued as a 5 year Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Firm Fixed Price (FFP) requirement for the procurement of Force Indicators. The Government minimum quantity for this requirement is 1 each and the maximum quantity is for 100 each. Once the minimum quantity is procured the Government is no longer obligated to place any additional orders under the resultant contract. The requirement is a Small Business set aside. The associated NAICS code is 334513. The small business size standard is 750 employees. The US Army Contracting Command, Redstone Arsenal intends to issue a FFP contract to the contractor whose proposal is considered the best value. The Government reserves the right to award without discussions. Oral communications are not acceptable in response to this notice. All responsible sources may submit an offer which shall be considered by the Agency. Due to COVID 19, proposals must be submitted via email no later than 5 PM CST, March 30, 2021. Other electronic or hard copy submissions are not authorized. Proposals/offers received after 5 PM CST, March 30, 2021 will not be considered for award.
