The Army Contracting Command – Redstone Arsenal (ACC-RSA) intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source for a follow-on contract to provide PATRIOT Advanced Capability-3 (PAC-3) Contractor Field Support Representative (CFSR) or Technical Assistance (TA) support. This requirement includes Ground Support Equipment, Trainer/Training Device and associated hardware and software as well as Depot Maintenance support for the US CONUS and OCONUS. In accordance with FAR Part 6.302-1(a)(2)(iii)(A) and (B), the incumbent contractor, Lockheed Martin Global, Inc., Cage Code 2Y210 is the only source with the technical knowledge, expertise and infrastructure to provide the required level of uninterrupted Technical Assistance support. This contract will be other than full and open competition (Sole Source), 3-year (1-year base plus 2 one-year options) hybrid contract type utilizing Firm-Fixed Price, Cost Plus Incentive Fee, Cost Plus Fixed Fee and Cost No Fee.
