This is a combined synopsis/solicitation notice for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This combined synopsis/solicitation is issued as a 5 year Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Firm Fixed Price (FFP) requirement for the procurement of Torque Indicators. The Government minimum quantity for this requirement is 1 each and the maximum quantity is for 150 each. Once the minimum quantity is procured the Government is no longer obligated to place any additional orders under the resultant contract. The requirement is a Small Business set aside. The associated NAICS code is 334513. The small business size standard is 750 employees. The US Army Contracting Command, Redstone Arsenal intends to issue a FFP contract to the contractor whose proposal is considered the best value. The Government reserves the right to award without discussions. Oral communications are not acceptable in response to this notice. All responsible sources may submit an offer which shall be considered by the Agency. Due to COVID 19, proposals must be submitted via email no later than 4 PM CST, February 26, 2021. Other electronic or hard copy submissions are not authorized. Proposals/offers received after 4 PM CST, February 26, 2021 will not be considered for award.
