This requirement is to establish a firm fixed price contract for a one-time buy for the manufacturing of the following: NOUN: Relay, Main, PRON: D19F0075D1, NSN: 5945-01-481-4868, P/N 13502879, Quantity: 35 each applicable to the AVENGER Weapon System. F.O.B. Destination with delivery to SU W1A8 DLA Distribution, DDSP New Cumberland Facility, 2001 Normandy Drive Door 113 To 134, New Cumberland, PA, 17070-5002. This requirement is an other than full and open competition. One contract will be awarded as a result of this requirement. The associated NAICS Code is 335314. The solicitation will be issued on or about 27 August 2021. This item is restricted to Marvin Land System, Inc., CAGE Code: 064H2, 261 West Beach Ave, Inglewood, CA 90302 because the government does not have suitable technical data, Government data rights, or manufacturing knowledge are not available to permit acquisition from other sources, nor qualification testing of another part, nor use of a second source part in the intended application. Adequate technical data is not available for this acquisition. All offerors must meet prequalification requirements in order to be eligible for award. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered by the Agency. To obtain approval, vendors must submit a SAR package, for review and approval, to the Contracting Specialist for submission to the Engineering Directorate (ED), Quality Engineering Division. Source approval must be obtained prior to being considered for contract award. Approvals are made on an individual basis for specific manufacturing location (CAGE). Foreign Firms are reminded that all requests for solicitation must be processed through their respective embassies.
