Origin with delivery to Redstone Technical Test Center, Cottonwood Rd Bldg. 8022 MF 4500, Redstone Arsenal, AL 35898-8052. Required delivery is 5 each, 330 Days after Contract Award (DACA). The Government will perform production lot testing on all items delivered to the Government. This is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. Offers are not solicited from other than small business concerns. The Government has rights to the technical data, the data package is complete, and there are no technical data, engineering, tooling or manufacturing restrictions. No Technical Data Packages will be mailed out, all offerors shall be registered in BetaSam and Joint Certification Program (JCP) certified to obtain the Technical Data Package for this requirement. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered by the Agency. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon unknown factors; however, the solicitation will not close prior to the date stated above. By U.S. Law, participation in Small Business Set Asides are restricted to U.S. small businesses, therefore foreign requests for this solicitation will not be honored. The associated NAICS Code is 335311. This solicitation and any amendments to the solicitation will be issued electronically IAW FAR 4.502 and FAR 5.102. As a result, hard copies will not be provided.
