The Government will be conducting On-on-One Sessions for those Industry partners who met the entrance criteria for the HW LRIP/FRP Requirement. These one-on-one meetings will be an opportunity for industry to provide questions and comments concerning the HW LRIP/FRP requirement and an opportunity for the vendor to receive responses to the follow-on clarification questions submitted from the draft RFP. You are reminded that, IAW FAR 15.201(f), questions and answers provided during one-on-one sessions will be published in Beta.sam.gov. However, information disclosed during one-on-ones that reveal the industry partners’ confidential business strategy or proprietary information will not be released and is protected under FAR 3.104. If you met the HW LRIP/FRP Entrance Criteria and are interested in participating in the One-on-One Sessions, we request that you respond to this notice no later than 03 August 2020. We anticipate that the one-on-one sessions will be conducted via WebEx. We request that you limit your attendance to a maximum of five (5) individuals from your company and/or your subcontractors. If you would like to request a One-on-One Session, please submit your request to Mr. George Brown, Army Contracting Command – Redstone, at george.l.brown1.civ@mail.mil by 03 August 2020. Your request should include the following: Company Name Names of Individuals Attending: Questions and Comments that you would like to discuss during the session. You will be notified later of the date and time for your session along with specific instructions on accessing WebEx.
