NOTICE FOR AIR-TO-GROUND MISSILES (AGMS) The U.S. Army Contracting Command-Redstone has a (FY 22-25) requirement for the acquisition of a total quantity of 44,000 (11,000 per year) Air-to-Ground missiles in support of the U.S. Army, U.S. Navy, U.S. Air Force, special customers and various foreign military sales customers. Additionally, this requirement consists of HELLFIRE and Joint-Air-to-Ground (JAGM) guidance sections, air trainer missiles, AGMS Quality Assurance Lot Verification Test flight testing, non-recurring engineering support, initial spares, and missile storage. This requirement will result in the award of a ten (10) month base award with three (3) twelve (12)-month option periods. This requirement is restricted to Lockheed Martin Corporation, 5600 Sand Lake Road, Orlando, FL 32819. Interested sources should contact the prime contractor directly. THIS NOTICE IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL. This contract is being pursued on a sole source basis under the statutory authority of Title 10, U.S.C. Section 2304(c)(1), as implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulation 6.302-1, "Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy the agency requirements." A determination not to compete this effort is solely within the discretion of the Government.
