This is a sources-sought announcement only for informational and planning purposes and does not constitute a solicitation. This Sources Sought (SS)/Request for Information (RFI) is being issued to accomplish market research and support planning for the below listed requirements. The Government will not pay for any information or reimburse any costs incurred in responding to this SS/RFI. No solicitation is being issued at this time. All information submitted in response to this announcement is voluntary. Not responding to this SS/RFI does not preclude participation in any future Request for Proposal (RFP) if any is issued. If a solicitation is released, it will be synopsized on The Federal Business Opportunities (FedBizOpps) website. It is the responsibility of the potential offerors to monitor this site for additional information pertaining to this requirement. The Government is seeking interested contractors to provide Phased Array Tracking Radar to Intercept on Target (PATRIOT) Advanced Capability-3 (PAC-3) Foreign Military Sales (FMS) Repair and Return (R&R) of Ground Support Equipment (GSE) secondary items. The requirement is for Depot Level diagnostic and repair capability of GSE secondary times to include Launchers and Engagement Control Stations (ECS). A Technical Data Package (TDP) is not available for the GSE FMS R&R effort. Request that interested contractors provide the following: •1) Provide a description of your company's experience and capabilities with establishing and providing depot level support to FMS customers. •2) Provide a description of your company's experience in diagnosing, repairing and delivering PAC-3 GSE Launchers and ECS. •3) Describe how your company intends to perform repairs beginning December 1, 2020. The experience/expertise description should be no longer than 5 pages.
