The purpose of this solitiation is to replace W31P4Q-19-R-0036 to incorporate CLINs for outyear pricing. The Army Contracting Command-RedstoneArsenal (ACC-RSA), on behalf of the Security Assistance Management Directorate, intends to Issue Request for Proposal (RFP) W31P4Q-19-R-0079, on or about 11 June 2019, for the manufacture of the following items: Army Part Number (APN): 10669794 National Stock Number (NSN): 1336-00-155-3378 Noun Nomenclature: Explosive, Linear Actuators Ths acquisition will be Full and Open Competition. Evaluation criterion for this action is based on Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA). The resultant contract will be a five (5) year Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity contract pursuant to 52.216-22. The Government has segregated the estimated quantities into five ordering periods. However, this does not preclude exercising the Government's right under FAR 52.216-19 by ordering the maximum quantity specified in FAR 52.216-19(b)(1) at any time during the five year ordering period. Ordering Period 1 will be from date of award through 365 days after contract award (DACA). Ordering Period 2 will be from DACA through 730 DACA. Ordering Period 3 will be from 731 DACA through 1,095 DACA. Ordering Period 4 will be from 1,095 through 1,460 DACA. Ordering Period 5 will be from 1,460 through 1,825 DACA. The contractor shall build the Explosive Linear Actuator IAW top level drawing number APN 10669794 Rev U (which will be enclosed with the requirement package). The contractor shall serialize the top part number 10669794 with the same serial number that is on sub-part 10183005 Rev U, and 10183005 Rev M. The solicitation and any amendments to the solicitation will be electronically IAW 4.502 and FAR 5.102. As a result, hard copies will not be provided. It is therefore, incumbent upon any interested parties to periodically access https://www.fbo.gov in order to obtain any amendments which may be issued. Failure to obtain amendments and/or failure to respond prior to the date and time set for receipt of bids/proposals may render your bid/proposal nonresponsive resulting in the rejection of the same.
