The Government anticipates an Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity Cost Plus Fixed Fee follow-on contract in support of the Cruise Missile Defense Systems (CMDS) Project Office. This requirement is to provide engineering and technical services in support of the Sentinel Radar program and its associated role in a variety of programs. This requirement will include tasks to conduct non-repetitive investigation, inspection, analysis and corrective action; repair and return; modification; test and evaluation; logistics support; and safety efforts. This requirement will be for five ordering periods. The anticipated period of performance will be from 1 July 2019 through 31 December 2023. This acquisition is sole source to Raytheon Integrated Defense Systems (IDS), 1801 Hughes Drive, Fullerton, California, 92833, CAGE Code 7VKR9, pursuant to the authority, 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1), as implemented by FAR Part 6.302-1(a)(2)(iii)(A), "Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements." Raytheon IDS is the sole developer of the basic Sentinel Radar System which was competitively procured as a non-developmental item (NDI). Raytheon IDS designed, developed, and is the current manufacturer/integrator of the Sentinel Radar System basic, improved, and derivative systems. Response is due on 3 June 2019 at 4:00PM Central Standard Time and shall be delivered via email or AMRDEC SAFE (https://safe.amrdec.army.mil/safe/).
