The Army Contracting Command-Redstone Arsenal (ACC-RSA), on behalf of the Security Assistance Management Directorate, intends to Issue Request for Proposal (RFP) W31P4Q-19-R-0036, on or about 29 March 2019, for the manufacture of the following items: Army Part Number: 10669794 National Stock Number (NSN): 1336-00-155-3378 Noun Nomenclature: Explosive, Linear Actuators Quantity: 250 This acquisition will use Full and Open Competition. Evaluation criterion for this action is based on 50% Price and 50% Past Performance. The estimated period of performance will be from date of contract award for a peirod of one base (1) year and four (4) one year ordering period on a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) type contract. The contractor shall build the Explosive Linear Actuator IAW top level drawing number APN 10669794 Rev U . The contractor shall serialize the top part number 10669794 with the same serial number that is a subpart 10183005 IAW drawings 10669794 Rev U and 10183005 Rev M. This solicitation and any amendments to the solicitation will be issue electronically IAW FAR 4.502 and FAR 5.102. As a result, hard copies will not be provided. It is therefore, incumbent upon any interested parties to periodically access http:www.fbo.gov in order to obtain any amendments which may be issued. Failure to obtain amendments and/or failure to respond prior to the date and time set for receipt of bids/proposals may render your bid/proposal nonresponsive resulting in the rejection of the same.
