The contractor shall maintain and keep fully operational online full text access to all of the Elsevier's Science Direct electronic online books for delivery to the Redstone Scientific Information Center. The contractor shall provide helpdesk assistance to local administrator for the resolution to access problems. Adequate notification will be given by contractor/ vendor of downtimes and non-availability of materials.
