This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number W31P4Q-19-Q-0080 is referenced the Request for Quote (RFQ). The Government reserves the right to award without discussions. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-80. The associated NAICS code is 334515. Description of the requirement is as follows: Solicitation Number W31P4Q-19-Q-0080 is issued as a request for a Firm Fixed Price quote the purchase quantity of one (1) each of the exact part number N9091EM0E Measuring Receiver Application with options R-Y5C-001-A Node-locked perpetual license, and R-Y6C-001-L KeysightCare software support subscription, node-locked- 12 months for use on existing N9030B PXA Signal Analyzer. No specific delivery information available from requiring organization. It will be determined by RFQ/RFP process as a best value factor. The US Army Contracting Command, Redstone Arsenal, intends to issue a firm fixed price contract for this purchase. The Government intends to use the policies and procedures of FAR Part 12 in conjunction with those as FAR Part 13 for this effort. The U.S. Army TMDE Activity, Redstone Arsenal, AL (Acceptance DODAAC: W80RA6) shall be responsible for the receiving, inspection and acceptance requirements of DFAS Wide Area Workflow (WAWF) for this requirement.
