Phased Array Tracking Radar to Intercept on Target (PATRIOT) Advanced Capability-3 (PAC-3) Engineering Support Networked Interceptor Communications Kit (NICK) System Requirements Review (SRR) Program (PAC-3 NICK SRR) Program. NICK is a software defined missile communication device which provides an enhanced Army IAMD capability. The NICK SRR program includes all work associated with trade studies, analyses, and preliminary designs required to support definition of all systems and subsystem requirements for the PAC-3 NICK SRR. The effort includes all engineering associated with the following: define NICK system and subsystem requirements, interfaces, functional, and physical architectures; execute trade studies; prepare preliminary engineering designs as necessary to support the formation of the system requirements; hold a SRR. The proposed source for this effort is Lockheed Martin Missiles and Fire Control (LMMFC), 1701 West Marshall Drive, Grand Prairie, Texas, 75051, commercial and government entity (CAGE) code 64059. LMMFC is the developer and producer of the PAC-3 missile segment and support equipment, and the only source with the knowledge, expertise, and a full disclosure technical data package (TDP) to perform this effort. The Government does not have the necessary intellectual property rights to utilize the data for full and open competition.
