The New England District, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers seeks lease proposals for approximately 4,055 usable square feet of commercial space within a ¼-mile radius of 1472 Riverdale Street, West Springfield, MA 01089. The space must have a secondary egress and adequate parking for about 16 Government vehicles both daytime and overnight, and must use the Government Lease. Responses should include the proposed rental amount covering water/sewer, CAM, taxes, and insurance, a breakdown bid for the attached construction build-out specs, and proof of active SAM registration with CAGE Code and Unique Identifier. Contractors must be registered in SAM prior to award, with EFT payments, and must submit a notarized letter appointing the authorized Entity Administrator for SAM activation; registration can take 24–48 hours, but the new process may take several weeks.
