The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, New England District, is soliciting lease proposals for approximately 450 usable square feet of commercial space within a 1/4-mile radius of 31 Hancock Court, Quincy, MA 02169. The space must have a secondary egress, adequate day and overnight parking for about one Government vehicle, and use the Government Lease. Responses should include the proposed rental amount covering water/sewer, CAM, taxes, and insurance; a breakdown bid against the attached construction build-out specs; and proof of active SAM registration with CAGE code and Unique Entity Identifier. Contractors must be registered in SAM before award, with EFT payments required under FAR 52.232-33; SAM registration usually completes 24–48 hours after submission, and a notarized authorized Entity Administrator letter must be sent to the GSA Federal Service Desk within 30 days of activation.
