The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, New England District seeks lease proposals for approximately 4,200 usable square feet of commercial space within a ¼-mile radius of 31 Hancock Court, Quincy, MA 02169. The space must have secondary egress, adequate day and overnight parking for about 13 Government vehicles, and use the Government Lease. Proposals should include the proposed rental amount covering water/sewer, CAM, taxes, and insurance; a breakdown bid for attached construction build-out specs; and proof of active SAM registration with CAGE code and Unique Entity Identifier. Contractors must be registered in SAM prior to award, and SAM registration usually completes 24–48 hours after submission but may take several weeks; a notarized letter appointing the authorized Entity Administrator must be sent within 30 days of activation.
