The New England District, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers is soliciting lease proposals for approximately 834 usable square feet of commercial space within ¼ mile of 129 Church Street, North Haven, CT 06510. The space must have secondary egress, adequate day and overnight parking for one Government vehicle, and use the Government Lease. Responses should include the proposed rental amount covering water/sewer, CAM, taxes, and insurance; a breakdown for attached construction build-out specs; and proof of active SAM registration with CAGE Code and Unique Identifier. Contractors must be registered in SAM prior to award and are encouraged to begin immediately; registration can usually be completed within 24–48 hours after submission but may take several weeks.
