No further changes were made. Request for Quote: The National Ground Intelligence Center has a FY 20 requirement for a one (1) year maintenance contract for Callware Callegra UC voicemail system. Callegra UC provides voicemail, unified messaging, auto attendant, text to speech (TTS), voice recognition, and access to voice and fax messages from the telephone, desktop client, or the Internet. See attached spreadsheet with requirement details. The period of performance is 1 October 2019 through 30 September 2020. The basis for contract award will be determined using lowest priced technically acceptable selection procedures. Quotes should be sent to Brad W.
