The National Ground Intelligence Center (NGIC) has a FY 22 requirement for continued Rivanna Station Facility Maintenance Support (RSFMS) services. The RSFMS Contractor shall provide NGIC with facilities maintenance support services and specified equipment maintenance in a flexible manner without creating excess capability.
