OFFEROR MUST COMPLETE FAR PROVISION 52.204-24 AND FAR PROVISION 52.204-26 AND SUBMIT WITH THEIR QUOTE. All submissions shall be submitted by email to melissa.hoffman4.civ@army.mil by the date and time specified in the solicitation. Submissions shall include a signed copy of the SF 1449 solicitation filled in with pricing for all CLINs, delivery dates and all other items listed above. Submissions not including all of these items may not be accepted.
