This pre-solicitation notice is for the construction services associated with the foundation repair to Building 1020 (MWR Villa House 5/6 located at Tobyhanna Army Depot, Tobyhanna, PA 18466. The construction services necessary to complete this project include providing all licenses, permits, labor, materials, equipment, supervision and management to complete the project. The period of performance will be for an estimate of seventy-five (75) days. Anticipated solicitation release date is on or about June 29, 2021. A detailed scope of work will be provided with the solicitation. The estimated magnitude of the project is between $25,000 and $100,000. Applicable NAICS is 236118, Residential Remodelers. The Government intends to conduct the acquisition as a small business set aside. In order to eligible for award, interested offers must meet the size standard requirement for this NAICS - $39,500,000. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes.
