This Full and Open Competitive announcement is for a single award for an assessment/inventory of the current Access Control System at Tobyhanna and repair of same. The successful vendor must be certified by Vanderbilt Industries and provide documentation with their proposal. The acquisition shall be conducted in accordance with FAR Part 12, Acquisitions of Commercial Items and FAR Part 13.5, Simplied Procedures for Certain Commercial Items, as applicable. The resultant award will be a hybrid contract with Firm Fixed Pricing for the assessment/inventory and T&M for the remedial repair. As stated in the solicitation, any questions regarding this solicitation must be submitted 5 days prior to solicitation closing to jacqueline.d.ramsey.civ@mail.mil The closing date of this solicitation is 10 May 2021 @ 3:00PM EST.
