2 December 2020 Amendment 0002 This amendment updates the Period of Performance and extends the Solicitation closing date from 25 November 2020 to 4 January 2021 at 3:00 pm EST. Offerors must acknowledge Amendment 0002 in their proposal submission. 20 November 2020 Amendment 0001 This amendment corrects CLINs 0002AB; 0003AB and 0004AB narrative; update PWS to remove para 3.2.1.14 requirement; Post Questions & Answers. Solicitation W25G1V21R0015 closing date is extended to 25 November 3:00 pm EST as a result of this amendment. Offerors are reminded they must acknowledge Amendment 0001 in their proposal submission. See Attachments for Amendment 0001 and Q&A sheet. This Full and Open Competitive announcement is for a single award for Maintenance and Repair of the Access Control System at Tobyhanna Army Depot. The successful vendor must be certified by Vanderbilt Industries and provide documentation with their proposal. The acquisition shall be conducted in accordance with FAR Part 12, Acquisitions of Commercial Items and FAR Part 13.5, Simplified Procedures for Certain Commercial Items, as applicable. The resultant award will be a Hybrid Contract with Firm Fixed Pricing for Preventative Maintenance and T&M for Remedial Repair. The Contractor shall perform an annual preventative maintenance for the Access Control Security Management System (SMS) to include all access control components and associated video surveillance, intrusion detection and intercom systems. Maintenance shall be done in accordance with manufacturers recommended guidelines. Contractor shall coordinate the preventative maintenance schedule with the COR to aid in facility access. Service shall include, but is not limited to, visual checks, operational tests, required adjustments, alignments, programming, and replacement of worn parts due to normal wear and tear.
