This 100% Small Business Set Aside is for a single award for grounds landscaping maintenance and tree trimming along the fenceline at Tobyhanna Army Depot (TYAD). The acquisition shall be conducted in accordance with FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items and FAR Part 13.5, Simplified Procedures for Certain Commercial Items, as applicable. services for approximately 110,000 square feet of landscaped ground area to include mulched/planting beds, shrubs, flowers, decorative trees, etc throughout Tobyhanna Army Depot (TYAD). Included in this contract will be tree and brush cutting along the perimeter fence line to maintain physical security requirements as well as maintenance of the TYAD softball field. A site visit is scheduled for March 10, 2020 at 1000, see solicitation for additional information. Landscaping services for approximately 110,000 square feet of landscaped ground area to include mulched/planting beds, shrubs, flowers, decorative trees, etc throughout TYAD. The softball field must be kept weed free and the surface material may need filling. Tree/Brush Cutting at perimeter fence shall include vegetation, brush cutting and tree trimming/removal for approximately 31,000 linear feet of perimeter fenceline.
