The contractor will provide the recommended crane which is the Demag AC250, the Liebherr LTM1250-6.1 or equivalent capacity with 2 hoist gears. The largest pick is the 60ft diameter parabolic reflector weighing 53,000 lbs., 85 feet in the air and a radius of approximately 58ft. The heaviest pick is 67,000 lbs. yoke and platform 46ft in the air with a load radius of 40ft. Two hoist gears will be needed to flip the Ring Girder which weighs 52,600. This crane will be needed for 10 working days. Follow-on work will require a 75T crane with a minimum of 100ft boom to further disassemble large components and to load concrete panels onto flatbed trucks. This crane will be needed for 15 working days. The 300T crane will be required at the project site when needed by the TYAD Lead approximately on day 7 (12 Oct 2020) through approximately day 16 (23 Oct 2020). The biggest object that this crane will have to lift is of weight 53,000 pounds, reference Technical Exhibit 1, Antenna Parabolic. The 75T crane will be required at the project site when needed by the TYAD Lead on approximately (26 Oct 2020) through approximately 13 Nov 2020). A 60T crane or equivalent will be needed to Offload/Load 2ea twenty foot shipping containers. The crane will be needed for offload on or about 5 Oct 2020 and again on or about 25 Nov 2020. A minimum 48 hour notice will be given to the crane contractor once delivery and pick up dates are provided from transportation.
