This pre-solicitation notice is for a the design and construction services associated with the installation of approximately 1175 lineal feet of 8 inch water main, installation of valves, fittings, hydrants, located inside the Tobyhanna Army Depot, Tobyhanna, PA 18466. Design services shall include site evaluations, design concept meetings and concept drawing review, and preparation of construction specifications and drawings stamped by a licensed professional engineer in the state of Pennsylvania. The construction services necessary to complete this project include providing all licenses, permits, labor, materials, equipment, supervision and management to complete the project. The period of performance will be for an estimate of 150 Days. Anticipated Solicitation release date is on or about Dec. 15, 2020. A detailed scope of work will be provided within the Solicitation. Estimated magnitude is $250K - $500K. NAICS is 237110, Water and Sewer Line and Related Structure Construction. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals.
