Please refer to Attachment #1 for additional Details. All equipment must be new. Competition is being restricted to manufactures who have previously, successfully manufactured this supply with FAT certification. All items shall be delivered FOB Destination to Letterkenny Army Depot, Chambersburg, PA 17201.
