Letterkenny Army Depot intends to issue a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract for the purchase and installation of a Paint Booth for Letterkenny Munitions Center (LEMC) The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, quality control and other items, necessary to purchase and install this supply item required in support of their mission programs throughout LEMC’s full installation. A Performance Work Statement (PWS) (draft PWS is attached). A Performance Work Statement will be provided with the solicitation. The period of performance of this contract will include delivery and installation by April 2020. The procurement is currently a 100%, Small Business Set Aside. The 2017 North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code is 332999, the size standard is 750 employees and the supply code is 9999; the NAICS description is Sheet Metal Work Manufacturing. This will be Freight On Board, (FOB) destination to Letterkenny Army Depot, LEMC. Solicitation number W911N2-20-R-0008 will be released on or about 02 DEC 2019, with a closing date on or about 31 DEC 2019. The annotated closing date for the solicitation is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the release of the solicitation. The solicitation will not close prior to the annotated closing date. All interested sources may submit a proposal, which shall be considered by this agency.
