Letterkenny Army Depot is currently conducting market research to locate qualified, experienced, and interested potential sources. Negative replies are also sought. Letterkenny Army Depot is seeking information concerning the availability of contractors to provide Canon DR7090C SN: EH300572 & Canon DR4010C SN: DW307313 Scanner Hardware Support 1 YR Basic NBD, Mon-Fri, and DocuWare Client License (1-4) & Professional Server Support Software Maintenance with Upgrade Assurance to include new release upgrades, software updates, patches, and unlimited phone, email, and online support in accordance with the attached draft Performance Work Statement (PWS). This requirement is for Brand Name Docuware only. For the purposes of the RFI, the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 541519 – Other Computer Related Services. The small business size standard is $27.5M. If your firm is capable of requirements described in this RFI, please provide a Capability Statement to Mr. Ryan Poe, ryan.t.poe.civ@mail.mil, by 21 June 2019, 9:00 a.m. Eastern Time. In addition, the following information is requested: (1) Company CAGE Code, DUNS number, address, point of contact, telephone number and email address; (2) Any small business status (8(a)), HUB Zone, veteran-owned, women-owned, etc.); (3) Please indicate which NAICS code(s) your company usually performs under Government contracts. (4) GSA contract number if applicable. (5) Any comments, suggestions on how to make the PWS conform to commercial practices. In addition, past performance information and capability statement shall be submitted. Past performance information shall include recent and relevant contracts for the same or similar items and other references (including contract numbers, points of contact with telephone numbers and other relevant information). Offeror shall furnish this information for at least three (3) contracts, ongoing or completed within the last three years, for like or similar services, held with Department of Defense, other government agencies or private industry. Competition and side-aside decision may be based on the results of this market research. Interested parties must be registered in System for Award Management (SAM).
